Deal Closing Clerk

Myers Kanata Chevrolet has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to join our team as an accounting/deal closing clerk.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately record vehicle sales
• Payout liens on trade-ins
• Payout floor plan amount after vehicle delivery
• Prepare and remit all payments for warranties sold and other remittances as required
• New and Used inventory count
• Assist in closing month-end and year-end

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experience working in a Dealership setting
